Kale Smoothie

This delicious kale smoothie recipe is packed full of protein, healthy fats, and other key nutrients with a great fruity taste.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kale leaves, stems removed
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup ice
  • Honey or liquid stevia (to taste)

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together in a blender, pour into a cold glass, and enjoy!
