Constant worry, nervousness, fear… Some anxiety symptoms in women differ from those that men experience. Moreover, women are twice as likely to suffer from anxiety than men. But, why? According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, anxiety disorders affect 40 million adults in the United States ages 18 and older every year.
